Frederick is a Product Manager and Designer working with a wide range of clients.
These include Bank of America, Citibank, Capital One, TD Bank , SEGA, Sony, NVIDIA and multiple small businesses in the Philadelphia region.
Over the last 20 years Frederick has delivered over 50 applications across 20 different platforms, including Apple, Android, SONY, Samsung, ROKU, Amazon FireTV, Android TV and NVIDIA Shield to name a few.
Frederick graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1998 with a degree in Industrial Design and was a recipient of the Student Merit Award from the Industrial Designers Society of America for his achievements in Industrial Design.
While attending Wentworth Frederick had the opportunity to work for Autodesk Inc., teaching AutoCAD and was trained by professional animators to learn a software called 3D Studio Max. This launched his career into Video games in 1999 where he joined the Dreamcast team at SEGA. Frederick’s role as Senior Designer was creating the online gaming experience and user interface for the Dreamcast Network. The Dreamcast went on to sell 10 million units and was the world’s first online console.
In 2004, Frederick switched over from making video games to building mobile television with a company called MobiTV Inc. In 2006, in a partnership with Sprint, his team at MobiTV Inc. won an Emmy for Innovation and Technology in Television by building the world’s first live TV broadcast on cell phone.
During his time off Frederick teaches children STEAM concepts using LEGO Robotics, Drone Technology and Virtual Reality.
